CITYSCAPE and Life Cycle Cost Control
Unlike other companies, Cityscape specializes in landscape management, providing an unparalleled level of service. We evaluate a customer’s property based on a blend of design, intent, capital cost, life cycle cost, owner/user needs and rational maintenance practices. Over a 25 year period, a typical property will spend 5 times it’s capital investment in site maintenance (ie. a $100,000 initial construction cost will require $500,000 to maintain over a 25 year life cycle). It is imperative that the maitenence program be carefully designed along with the site/landscape plan to protect design, intent and control costs over the life of the project.
